J 3 & 4 Year Old Intro To Dance Spring 8-Week Program
Was your child not old enough to start dance class in September or Are you looking for a fun spring activity for your little dancer to get involved with??? Well, we have the answer for you! Standing Ovation is running a 8-week Intro To Dance Program to begin on April 3rd on Thursdays at 4:15pm-5pm. There is no recital involved in this program, only a fun filled class for your little one! The class will include basic gymnastics skills, ballet technique, fun songs, props, games and so much more! This is also an excellent opportunity to see if you child is interested in dance without signing up for an entire 10 month session. Cost $115 for the 8 weeks. We will have an “Observation Day” the last day of class when all parents and grandparents will be invited to sit inside the classroom to observe and see how much their child has learned. Lane Napper Is Coming On April 5th!!! Video/Television Class open to ages 8 and up, you do not have to currently attend Standing Ovation in order to come to this class! Lane will be teaching a Video/Television Class that will teach moves from favorite television show you would see on Nickelodeon such as iCarly, Drake & Josh and Zoey 101. Lane stages the choreography as if you were on the actual “set” or “Broadway Stage.” The workshop will include a parent session with Lane at the end so you can see what your child has learned. Children ages 8-12 will be in the morning and ages 13-18 in the afternoon. Lane is always looking for new talent. The last time he was in ton he saw something in our student Sammy Centrella and invited him to be in the debut show of iCarly on Nickelodeon. Sammy said that “Lane is fun and really easy to work with and helps you tremendously.” Class Cost $150 This cost will be divided into two payments since we know it is expensive, $75 is due when you sign up and $75 is due by March 13th. There is a 30-student minimum, if the requirement is not met we will refund your deposit. Call to sign up today! This is a class not to be missed if your child is at all interested in acting or dancing! Students do not have to be experienced dancers nor do they have to currently attend the studio.
